Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement. A replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in original condition, unopened and unused.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Opened packages cannot be returned under any circumstances (as required by Consumer Protection Law).


Orders Paid via Fawry

  • If cancelled upon delivery: Shipping fees will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within 10–14 days.

  • If cancelled immediately after payment: No shipping fees will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within 10–14 days.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body mist

  • Body lotion

  • Shampoo or conditioner

  • Any unsealed or easily opened/used products
